Abdominal Extenders For Core Strength.





I have been doing these abdominal extenders. These are definitely a workout and you can really feel the burn. Mubarakah shows you how to do them in this video. Since, I am a newbie at doing these abdominal extenders. I asked her how many should I do. She said that beginners should do 8 to 10 in a row and complete 2 sets, and the advanced exercisers can aim for 15-20 for 3 sets. This is really a good exercise for your abdomen and your legs.
