What Are Your Health Goals For 2011?

We have now entered this new year of 2011. What are your health goals? Have they changed or are you still working on the same goals from last year? What do you plan to do differently? If you do plan to do things differently. How so?

However, if you have achieved your goals. What are your new health goals? I think it is good to take them day by day. Start out with one goal, and don't move on to you achieve that goal. That way you won't get confused and frustrated. Maybe you would like to compare goals with friends or family, and if they have some of the same health goals as you, than you can pair up and work on your goals together.

Here are some goals that you may want to set for yourself:

1. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet.

2. Cook more home made meals.

3. Start reading the labels before you buy anything.

4. Drink more water. Need help try, "Water drinking tip"

5. Exercise at least  thrice a week.

6. Find out what exercises you enjoy doing?

7. Find exercise partner or partners.

8. Broaden your knowledge regarding natural health by reading a natural health book at least once a month.

9. Help your colon stay clean.

10. Think and be more positive.

11. Be grateful.

12. Stop complaining.

13. Be informed about what's really happening in the health care system. Watch Sicko and join My Health mailing list.

14.  Got knowledge share it with other's.

15. Try something healthy you wouldn't normally eat.

16. Smile more often.

17. Don't worry and relax.

18. Give out love.

19. Don't backbite.

20. Be honest, but do it nicely.

21. Don't offend other's intentionally.

22. Be respectful of other's feelings.

23. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

24. Don't put a price tag on your health.

25. Stop or limit your intake of processed food.

26. Try new healthy recipes.

27. Stop being a drama king or queen.

28. Be encouraging.

29. Motivate yourself and other's to do positive things.

30. Work on improving yourself.
